The 90mm machine of the high efficiency extruder DIREX series was released as a response to the ultra super throughput.
This has achieved one size higher throughput (110mm in traditional classes) with one size less electric power consumption (75mm in traditional classes).

The third generation internal cooling system was released.
The internal cooling unit for the inflation film was renewed to the third generation.
In addition to the traditional function, the ease of use and the stability of the product have been greatly upped by adding the auto-balance control to supply and exhaust blowers, the film width detecting function, etc.

PRP-120FWN type pelletizer was released.
Cutter compactor type (silo has a crushing function) achieved space-saving, low-cost, energy savings!! This is the last word of the pelletizer.
This is up significantly from our conventional capability, will also treat some materials containing water.

EV-50 type electric blow molding machine was released.
Clean Room, running costs reduction and increased productivity, so better product of beautiful, dimensional accuracy can be automatically moulded.

ATW-1600D two-level vertical winding machine was released.
The winding axis drives with 4 shafts adopted the direct-drive system with AC servo motor with mechanical losses less than the conventional type.
By eliminating the mechanical losses, winding the product can be maintained with the tensile force from low speed to high speed.

2010.11.12

"Management Innovation Plan" according to the finance system of Saitama Prefecture, was approved.
It aims to get a loan from the industrial innovation fund of the business loan program under the Finance Division, Saitama Prefecture.
By this approval, a loan (five years) can be applied for to financial institutions according to "Management Innovation Plan" in the future.

Presentation of completing recycling system was made.
There were many visitors with high interest in recycling.
Especially PRP new series pelletizer, with 1.5 times the capacity compared to our products (by Cutter compactor type), space-saving and energy saving was given particular eagerness to see the machine.
In the demonstration place, active question and answer sessions had been done following the blower exhibition.

The exhibition of electric blow, Parison-lifter blow, etc with full of enthusiasm under a difficult market environment, there were lively question and answer session around new products of electric blow molding machine and Parison-lifter blow molding machine in the exhibition area with the theme of energy saving and clean energy we proposed.
Also in the exhibition of related equipment such as automatic deburring device while driving blow molding machine, powder dispersion dancing loader, cold air generating unit, nitrogen gas generator, customers realized these system effects with favorable reputation.
