Owing to the adoption of the stop cutting mechanism, the problems as the wrinkles and the fold at the start of winding can be solved.
Further, owing to suppression of the transcription of the pimple and the wrinkle, the rising of the edge, etc. by the air suction, the beautiful roll figure can be realized, compared with the case by the traditional winder.

Approximate 6-10% of the electricity consumption was decreased compared to the standard model. High efficiency nearly equal to that of the directly driven extruder (DIREX series)(12-15% of the electricity consumption was decreased compared to the standard model) which was released at first in Japan in 2007, was realized.

This is the blow molding machine specialized for molding the duct related product used for the automobile, and reduction of the electricity consumption (reduction by 15%) and improvement of productivity (improvement by 20%) were realized.

The temporary general meeting of stockholders of Placo Co., Ltd. is to be held on the 29th January, Heisei 22 (2010). (This was already informed on the 12th January, Heisei 22 (2010).)
The tentative proposal is the increase of the number of the issuable stocks from 25 million stocks to 80 million stocks in order to make the mobile response possible when the capital policy owing to the development of the new products, etc. is necessary. Also, in order to keep the stability of management, the stockholders of Placo Co., Ltd. are requested to the attendance on understanding of the object.
By the way, in case of absence, please send back the form enclosed in the notice for the temporary general meeting of stockholders, after understanding our company's object and writing approval or disapproval, so that it will be transported before 5:30pm on the 28th January, Heisei 22 (2010).

The test machines for three(3) layers blown film and for mono(1) layar blown film, and the shredder for test are perfectly prepared in the shop.
Particularly, the machine for three(3) layers blown film is the full automatic machine with three(3) layers ratio control system.
