The film with layer raito 1:13:1 can be formed through increasing number of layer.
Production amount 1.3~1.5 times greater than the conventional amount can be obtained by increased effect of inner cooling compared with conventional system,even in the case of high quality and performance film.
In case of multi layers film including even PA layer (Nylon layer), forming can be continued without anxiety of thermal degradation.
Continuous forming of EVOH layer which is easily thermally degraded is greatly improved. Since temperature of each layer is independently controlled, multi layers film with high quality can be produced.
Time and cost necessary for disassembling and cleaning works are reduced by half.
